DETAILS & INFORMATION:
St. Peter’s College reserves the right to make adjustments or cancellations to any arrangements such as booth rentals, presentations, electrical, meal passes, the event itself, or anything else.
If changes occur, communication will follow as soon as possible. Cancellations by St. Peter’s College will entitle the sponsor and exhibitor to a full refund.
Exhibitors may request to cancel their booth for a full refund by Monday, September 15, 2025. All requests after September 15, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
An invoice will be issued, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Registration is not fully reserved until payment is received.
St. Peter’s College cannot provide contact details for students that register for my presentation. Any contact information must come directly from the youth, who will consent to future contact. All exhibitors will follow legal practices to gather contact information in booths and presentations.
While on campus, you will have access to Wi-Fi. In unforeseen circumstances, you may not have access to reliable internet. We recommend that you plan to complete your presentation by bringing slideshows, or videos with you via USB or other means. We will have a few projectors available on a first come, first serve basis, so it is recommended that you bring your own projector and laptop.
