The holiday season is officially underway and with it comes one of the community’s most heartwarming traditions. St. Peter’s College staff were delighted to take part in cookie decorating at Tim Hortons in Humboldt as part of the annual Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign, running from November 17–23.

This festive initiative brings together local residents, organizations, and volunteers to decorate the iconic Smile Cookies that brighten the season for everyone. More importantly, the campaign supports meaningful causes within the community. This year, half of all proceeds from each Holiday Smile Cookie will go directly to the St. Mary’s Villa Foundation, helping enhance care and comfort for local residents.

As part of this generous partnership, the College also received several boxes of Smile Cookies for its students. The treats were shared across campus, and students thoroughly enjoyed the sweet surprise, adding even more warmth to the week.

For the St. Peter’s College staff, participating in the decorating event was not only a fun and festive experience but also a chance to contribute to a cause that touches many lives. The Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign has become more than a fundraiser, it’s a community-building tradition that brings people together, spreading cheer while supporting important local initiatives.
